The 14th annual Waikuku art show was opened by guest artist, Rachel McRobb on Friday 9 February. A great evening spent in good company, with a successful night of art sales.

Just one week to go until the Opening Night of this year's Wai Art Show.
Opening night for the annual WAI exhibition is always a great evening, with music, drinks, nibbles and the first opportunity to purchase the incredible art on show. This year's theme is 'Light and Shadow', with 19 WAI members exhibiting along with guest artist Rachel McRobb.

Wai 2017 proved to be yet another great show, with 20 exhibitors and guest artist, Svetlana Orinko, displaying a superb variety of works along the theme of 'colours'.

Photo day for the forthcoming February exhibition took place last Sunday, with a fantastic array of work – looks like it's shaping up to be another stunning show. We're all looking forward to Opening Night on Friday 10 February 2017.
WAI members enjoyed a watercolour masterclass today (Saturday 29 October), with Quilliam Collister sharing useful tips and techniques with the group. We all look forward to the next one!
